The Kindness Curriculum is an early childhood program designed to plant the seeds of kindness, empathy, and compassion.
Each themed month includes four weeks of simple yoga, mindfulness, movement, crafting, and other activities designed for Social Emotional Learned ( SEL). The 10-month consecutive program easily fits within an established academic curriculum or busy family life.

Perfect for parents, classroom and preschool teachers, behavioral and occupational therapists, gym teachers, yoga instructors…anyone involved in the lives of children. All levels yoga experience welcome.
Bring yoga to children through song, storytelling, games, breathwork, mindfulness, and relaxation. Learn classroom management techniques, tips for engaging children of all ages and needs, and tools to work with the energy of the child/group. Offer children the practice of yoga, which includes both asana and stillness, and which plants the seeds for values including loving kindness, compassion, empathy, and honesty.
Learn to bring yoga to children ages 18 mos through 12 years old, so they are able to find balance, calm, and flexibility; you will learn centering techniques, simple breathwork, partner and group poses, and tools for working with difficult emotions.
July 31: 4-8 pm
August 1: 9 am-6 pm (lunch 12:30-2)
August 2: 9 am -6 pm (lunch 1-2)
